This is a newer restaurant in Cool Springs. Check it out here. It kind of has an asian-fusion flare about it and they have an awesome sushi menu. Went there for lunch yesterday and fell in love! A little on the pricier side for sushi, but the combinations are very unique and like nothing I’ve ever had before. I would compare it to Virago downtown but with a more corporate feel. Below is a list of what we had:
Lobster salad & avocado, topped with sliced kiwi and red tobiko. serve with mango vinaigrette, and honey fire sauce
spicy salmon, scallion, crunchy, cream cheese. serve with spicy mayo & chilli sauce
mango, tuna, salmon, avocado. sesame soy wrap outside
Love it!
Went for dinner and drinks and had a wonderful time. Our service was fantastic and the food and beverages were excellent!
- Started with The Red Pony Martini (aka pomegranate margarita!) delish
- Matt got the Mojito Diablo (Mojito with tequila instead of rum…so yum yum!)
- We split the Tuna Tar Tar and Shrimp Tempura sushi roll for appetizers..awesome
- Matt got Beef tenderloin w/ asparagus and blue cheese risotto
- I got the BLT (Bacon, Lobster, & Tomato) with Yukon Gold potato ravioli…heaven
- Skipped dessert b/c we had gotten some chocolates from a little store down the street.
All and all, a wonderful dinner! I HIGHLY recommend it!!
